Every piece is pressed fresh the day after you order. Most orders are in the press within 24 hours and leave our Rotterdam studio within 48h. You'll get a tracking link the moment it's on its way.

Yes — within 2 hours. After that the file is already on the press. Email hi@copybanana.studio as fast as you can and we'll do our best.
We print 200 pieces per drop, number them, and retire the file when the counter hits zero. It keeps the piece you bought actually yours, and stops us overprinting things nobody will wear.
Very rarely — and only as an 'archive reopen', which we announce in the Journal. Assume what you see is all there is.
Across the EU, UK, and the US. Europe: 2–4 working days. UK: 3–5 working days. US: 5–9 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and everything is carbon-compensated.
NL: €4.95 (free over €75). EU: €9.95 (free over €125). UK: €14.95. US: €19.95. Import duties for the UK and US are prepaid by us — no surprises at the door.
Yes — 14 days, on us for exchanges. Custom designs are made to your file and final sale, unless there's a defect. Read the full returns policy for details.
First exchange is free. We'll press you a new one and send a prepaid label for the old one. Most swaps are done within a week.
It's how heavy the fabric is — grams per square metre. 240gsm is what we call heavyweight: thick enough to drape properly, tight-woven enough to hold print at 1440dpi, and built to last wash number fifty.
No. We use water-based direct-to-garment ink, which bonds with the cotton fibres instead of sitting on top like a plastic layer. If a print fails within 2 years of normal wear, we reprint it free.
Not yet. We've tested blends and recycled polyester — neither held print quality at the level we want. We're sticking with 100% organic cotton until that changes.
Inside out, cold cycle, no fabric softener, line dry. That's it. No tumble drying on high — it's the number one reason prints get tired early.
PNG with a transparent background, at least 300dpi and ideally 3000px on the longest side. Vectors (SVG, PDF) are even better if you have them.

Only if you own the rights or have explicit permission. We screen for obvious trademarks and will refund orders we can't print.

No. Membership is free — it's just a way to keep your drop history in one place.
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We keep order records for legal reasons (7 years), but wipe everything else within 30 days.
